Welcome from the land of tall cacti, prickly pears, and pricklier SCs. I'm a temp leasing agent for different apartment complexes around the city. A lot of times the job is easy, since, as a lowly temp I'm not allowed access to a lot of things which lessens my workload quite a bit. I've been doing this job for quite some time, so I'm not one of "those" temps. You know what I mean. I know there are quite a few, since I've been to several jobsites where when I do the most obvious thing imaginable (call maintenance when someone's heat isn't working, for example) the powers that be do everything but feed me a cookie and rub my tummy. They're pleasantly surprised when I don't pee on the carpet. It makes for some fun, fun times. What the hell, whatever doesn't kill me makes for funny dinner conversation!
