I haven't been lurking for too long. I'm male, 32 and work in...retail shipping, where I've been for the last 7 years. 
I currently run a small store that uses all the major carriers and does many other things, including notary services, copies, faxing and such. I've previously worked both regular retail stores and in warehouses.
We get all kinds in here. Most of our customers are good folks, but we certainly get our fair share of cheapskates, liars, scammers and nutjobs. I can thankfully say I haven't had any troubles on the scale of some of the stories I've seen on the site so far, but I do have a few to eventually relate.
