Hi all, what a wonderful place you have here to share the pain.
Anyways. I've been dealing with SCs for the last 11 years (unless you count paper route customers and baby sitting). So far I've done grocery, amusement parks, food service, truck stop/gas station/convenience store, mid-class department stores, and now I'm working at a craft store. I have to say the latter is probably one of the best (with the exception of people who don't do such and such craft being sent in by others to pick stuff up).
After all this, I'm crazy enough to actually chose to pursue profession (masters degree and all) in which I will essentially be doing customer service: A public librarian.
What can I say except I love people as much as I want to kill them.
