Hi there,
I am of course new. I'm a mortgage loss mitigation councilor at the moment here in Arizona for a big bank, but I do art and special effects make-up on the side to keep my sanity. My boyfriend introduced me to the site after seeing a story that reminded him of one of the stories I told him about my job. I've been dealing with customers in some shape or form for nearly half my life, from tech support to collections. I hope to share a couple of my many horror stories from my last 2 jobs, which were soul crushing and soul sucking at the best of times....
