This is actually a coworker who did this, but because she came through my line, she can therefore be considered a customer (she was off the clock).

So as usual, we're doing the usual chat and bag thing. Towards the end, I'm about to ask her for her discount card when she goes to put it in the EFTPOS machine instead of handing it to me and was about to hand me her credit card...I told her that and she just starts laughing.

Turns out she'd had a long day.
