C: If there isn't any left of item zxy on the shelf, does that mean your empty?
Me: Sorry, that's right.
C: Don't you have any behind the counter (aka. in storage) ?
Me: All our products are shipped directly from our main storage facility's for the entire store chain. We don't have buffer storage here.
( We've got more than 15.000 separate products on the shelves alone, and some of the larger products in a separate storage in the basement so there simply is no room for a buffer )
C: well, that's just bad store policy (stomps of)
I'd love for some of these people to try and run a store themselves alone for just one day, from 8am until 8pm just to see if they'd have any will to live at all after the fact
