Part of my job is to look up obituaries for people. Most people send in the request by email or by letter.
A cw sent an email to a patron saying we found the obituary. I received a ck and a copy of the email we sent, that was copied on a copy machine because 1) patron must have wrote on the print out "Leanne did you get this WOB If not pls mail out "(and the letters are hand-written, all in all-caps, and the words are crossed-out) and that looks xeroxed and 2) the secretary placed it on the copier so everything is slanted.
Attaced is a letter that states: Enclosed is a check...Attached is a copy of your e-mail telling me that you have it....
1) everything is typed out in all caps 2) Attached is a copy of your e-mail telling me that you have it.
Did the secretary think we would just deny that we made a copy of the obit?
