I was on the phone with my mother in law and shes asking about the weather (Shes in FL, Im in PA) and it was literally a blizzard outside. Wind, foot upon foot of snow and ice. I describe this to her.
MIL: Where are the kids?
ME: Theyre watching TV.
MIL: OH. Why arent they outside? Take some pictures of them out and email them.
ME: Its a BLIZZARD outside.
MIL: Its just snow!! Send them out to play!!
ME: *dumbfounded* You know those hurricanes you get in Florida?! Picture this, ITS LIKE A HURRICANE BUT WITH SNOW!
MIL:. *realization of what i said hits" Oooohhh.. That bad huh?
