So a customer comes up to me and asks for help with the automatic photo printer kiosk. I went over to see what she'd done, and apparently, when the machine didn't give her a ticket to pick up her order, she just took the number off of another customer's ticket who went before her, "added a couple", and keyed that in, because she thought "they would go in order".
She was confused as to why someone else's photos came out instead, and wanted to know how to fix it.
