This incident happened earlier this week.
A car pulls up to the faculty/staff garage enterance. There is a sign indicating that you must have an access card to enter the garage. Plus there is a sign indicating that the garage is the faculty/staff garage.
I noticed that this particular customer had a student parking permit. So I had to use the access card we got to let her into the garage & out of the garage. She asked me exactly where she could park. So I gave her a map indicating where the student parking lots are.
She told me that she thought she could use her permit to park in the faculty/staff garage.
