Where I work some customer transactions are done in a web browser app, the customer account details are in a terminal text window.
I'm rockin' through an order a customer's doing and everything's cool, got all the details of the order, and (so I think) swap back to the terminal window to drag/drop some of the vital details (you know, account #'s, add, etc) and then hit F5 to get to a screen in termin. . . wait. . . why's IE relo. . . . OH $H!T!
Guess what just disappeared?
At least the guy was cool about it as we went BACK through a 5 minute order line-by-line. *sigh*
