Customer After Closing
Yesterday, I forgot about locking the door around closing time and a customer got in. Luckily, I hadn't clocked out yet and the customer was only getting a couple items so I was able to ring him up and then continue with my closing duties which included balancing out the tills.
One of the night crew employees ended up locking the door. Usually, the closing bagger will lock the door at closing. Our last bagger was scheduled to work until 2 hours before closing. Our regular closing bagger is out for a while because he got injured at his other job.
