Yesterday, a customer wanted numbers for both day and night for today. I did her numbers and saw that the night numbers were coming up for yesterday. I double checked with the customer and she wanted the night numbers for today. I cancelled the misprinted tickets and the customer decided to only get day.
Luckily, the customer didn't get mad. It turned out that I forgot to press the "tomorrow" button on the machine after pressing either day or night and then pressing the both key.
