  • my Supervisor, is a tool.

    i should say this first: i have two supervisors, one who is a cool older lady who is intelligent and fair about things, and actually is on the line helping us during our rushes.

    the other, a guy about my age, and he's a real peice of work. he sits in the office mostly, watching football on the computer and doing paperwork, most of which anyone can do very quickly. on saturdays he sits with his friends and eats before all of us, and spends most of his time chatting it up with his favorites.

    i think he doesnt like me much, as he's cut my hours without so much as a word three times in the last year, and only recently, after i confronted him about it, did he tell me why. at the same time, he hired his friend, who was a lazy no good jackass, who actually walked out at the begining of his shift because he found out the good supervisor had put him on protein. and then he has the nerve to humiliate my best friend when he told him off about his actions {he had worked there previously, and had experienced him in person.}

    i've finally got my hours back to where i need them, but i'm still worried that the jerkoff will cut them at the slightest provocation. i dare not ask for any time off, because he doesnt actually do the work on the schedule himself; he copies the previous week and uses it as a template for the next week.
