Yesterday, we had a glitch in our computer system where some up the sale items were not ringing up at the sale price. Customers were informed about this both over the intercom and being told by an employee and most of the customers were understanding. There was one customer who accused the store of ripping him off even when I explained the situation. I offered him the number of our main office, gave it to him, and he said that he was going to call about the "ripoff".
