This customer arrived in the morning & parked in the garage. This incident happened around 2 p.m.
Me: "Visitor parking booth. How may I help you?"
female customer: "Hi, I forgot something. Can I leave & pay later?"
Me: "I'm sorry, but I am not allowed to raise the exit gate for anyone wanting out for free."
female customer: "Can I leave my wallet with you?"
Me: *huh? leave your wallet?!! with your personal information & your drivers license?!!*
I repeat myself
female customer *irritated* "Ok, that's fine. Can I return?"
Me: "You can, but you have to pay the $5.00 every time you exit"
She had a $5.00 token with her because she used it to raise the exit gate.
