Yesterday, I was showing one of my coworkers how to do the closing procedures. She's going to be working the desk on Friday night with another service desk employee. I requested off that night because of a union event that I want to attend. The coworker was genuinely interested in learning the ropes and I learned a few things from her myself.

This coworker used to do closing procedures a long time ago at the store she transferred from. It's been a while since she last did them so I gave her a refresher course which had some differences from what she did over at the other store.
