Every pump had a bag on it. People just could not grasp the concept that the bags were to alert people that they COULD NOT PUMP GAS.

My favorite station here has been out of gas for a couple weeks now. Been wondering why.

I just saw an article in the Bergen Record that their owners are now under indictment for bouncing $5.7 million in bad checks on their supplier, who now can't afford to pay the refinery and may be out of business.

No wonder they were the cheapest gas in town.

Karma would have been the "out of order" pump having its hose missing completely - and it being a pump island with both kinds of fuel. Bitch would have grabbed the only available nozzle, complained about it not fitting the filler neck properly, and put diesel in her car.
