Just yesterday I went out shopping for Christmas gifts. And dropped the customerssuck.com name twice 
My own experiences were pretty good. Sure the toy store was short on some of the toys my youngest nephew wants but... well that happens, they're popular toys.
First sighting:
But after most of my shopping was done I went to the food court and went to the S Pizza place. I didn't really notice the customers ahead of me, but the women working the counter were talking about them.
Apparently some SC had cut ahead of other people while picking out food, and then cut ahead of them at the register. The women working the register made a point of waiting on the other people (who'd been there longer) first and the SC had a bit of a fit.
I smiled at them and told them about this site. Though I don't know if they took it seriously.
second sighting
went out again... the "RS" electronics store had the item I wanted but it wasn't in stock, but it turned out another store did have it, so I went there. (must have been a popular item, the only one left was the display but hey they sold it to me so i'm happy)
Apparently I was right behind another SC.
Lady wanted some kind of battery that didn't exist in their stock and had a small fit when she found out.
Again I suggested this site, and told the man helping me about some of the stories.
Got a feeling he might come in. Sounds like he's been through some of the retail hell already.
now personally... in both cases i had great service myself.
