If there is one thing that bugs me about customers, it's the ones that just shove their money/gift card/debit card in your face while they're ordering. Can't you just give your money to me nicely, and after you've made your order? And also the ones that never say "no thank you" but just "no!" when offered something extra to go with their drink.
And by the way, if we close at 11, we are not going to unlock the doors at 11:18, re-activate the registers and undo our cleaning to make drinks for you. No amount of whining is going to make me unlock the door.
