A few was ago I am heading to work around 6:45 AM. It is realllllly foggy out. I can maybe see 100 feet clearly. Now in these conditions you woudl think that people would make sure their head lights are on, but begin daylight no need I guess.
I pass two cop cars on the side of the road. One cop is talking to drivers, the other is standing near the road getting morons w/o headlights. When I passed they had three cars stopped.
The police log indicated multiple tickets were issued in that area for driving w/o headlights.
Farther down the road, the visibility is maybe 50 ft. I see one car with lights coming and wait. I watch for a few seconds and see no sign of oncoming traffic. I start to make the turn when a light gray car comes flying toward me. I slam on the brakes and blast the horn. The moron stops and yell out the window, while on their phone "hey you f***ing moron!!! Why don't you take you head out of your ass and learn to f***ing drive you c**k sucker!!!!!!!"
Yeah because I'm the one doing 40 in very low visibility in a gray car without lights. I hope he has a nice chat with the officers ahead.
