So on my way into work the other morning I saw the trifecta of stupid - driving at excess speed, overtaking on double white lines (meaning no overtaking) while on his mobile phone.
He was very lucking that it was 05:30 and nothing else was likely to pop around the corner into the space he was occupying at the time. How do I know he was speeding? Easy, I was traveling at the posted speed limit and he overtook me...
