it snowed quite a bit over the past 24 hours, but of course we are open.

one customer comes blasting into the store comes up to me in the aisle and very loudly says
sc:" MA'AM WHERE IS THIS??"
shes holding a bottle of shout(which i found to be funny)
me:"that would be in aisle 5."
sc:"5??!"
me: "yes, 5"
2 minutes later
sc: "MA'AM!!!!MA'AM!!!!EVELENTY!!"
i dont respond to someone screaming for me across the aisles. luckily my asst manager was right there and took care of whatever her problem was.

guy comes in and goes over to the milk coolers....
sc: <to CW> "do you work here?"
cw: "yes"
sc: "how much is the milk?"
cw: "the price tag is right below it sir"
sc: "i cant read it"
cw;" just open the door"
