There was limited first come first serve parking for the public due to many reserved spots in Visitor Parking. The garage had to be reserved around 9:15 a.m. Of course, the Parking office does not want to change the open sign to full.
A female guest arrived to get information regarding enrollment.
I informed her that the garage was reserved; that I could only allow people on the event list to park; that I do not have any other parking spots for anyone else to park in, & where to find alternative parking.
She then said "I do not have any change for the meters."
I do not receive change make change. The customer is responsible for having change with them.
So I said "I'm sorry, but unfortunately we do not get change to make change."
Her response: "Ya'll are so unhelpful."
She left.
