ok so the first one is from earlier in the week..old lady pissed me off.
so we had A in photo that night. old lady came up to me and asked who was running photo and i told her A was. old lady wanted me to help her instead, because i guess the day before she helped her and they couldn't communicate well...okkk (A the next day received a gift card for good customer service per the DM...WTF) anyways....
she wanted to scan a photo to make a photo. but the machine was already in use so i told her once the other customer is done i can help. so she was fine and she waited and i did some work. 10 min later she comes to find me and its time to help
the first customers photos were still printing but she just had to start hers, i felt bad for the other customer because we were pretty much pushing hr out of the way.
i scan crazy ladys photo and make a print, and then a copy that was a crop of the print. so 2 pictures. (we waited 20 min for the other 75 photos to print)
old lady then decides she wants 2 more copies of the first print (not the crop) so i do that and were done, and i go back to work. she finds me again to say only 1 print came out. i check the machine and i did say 2 prints. nothing was empty no paper jam nothing. so i reprint the order and she gets 2. so now...she has 5 photos.
A was ringing yet crazy old lady i guess didn't want her to ring her up so she stood at the register farthest away from where anyone was working. so i go to my register and call her over...at least 3 times b/c shes stupid and not listening.
so i ring her up for 5 photos. and she got all huffy and said that no, she only had 4 eleventy!! i explained to her that there was the first 2 i printed. the single one that came out instead of 2, and then the 2 i reprinted at the end. FIVE. she then goes to tell me its only what she has in her envelope. and was not showing me the cropped photo. i KNOW i printed it because it came out really grainy and looked stupid. so i got fed up and just charged her for 4 because she was irritating me. and she left. really. 39 cents lady. and btw, i don't know how it only printed 1 and not 2, im pretty sure she stole that too.

this was last night. i get called up for something i forget what and the cashier asks me if the spices are supposed to be 50 cents (half off) and i said only certain ones are, and if they are on sale they will scan. so this lady has like every spice we sell, none of which are scanning. i tell her the same thing about only certain ones are on sale. she tells me to show her which ones. i go over and come back with the only TWO that were marked down. and she says "howd you come up with that, from all those spices?"...."because they were the ones that had the tags underneath saying they were 50% off"
DUH, lady didn't wan ANY spices and i put them all back
like seriously if you had read...only TWO were marked down. i had just straightened that section so everything was in the right place, and they were CLEARLY marked. bitch
