Where I work has several branches across the City and suburbs. About 5 years ago (yes, 5 YEARS ago), our City branch moved 50 metres (yes, 50 METRES). To this day, people ring up asking where we've moved to!
Anyway I get a call from someone asking where our City branch is. I say it's on X Street. Idiot asks again, and I repeat it. Idiot then goes, I just want to know where your City branch is. This time I include the street number and where it's near (it's not a long stretch of road, so the street name is normally sufficient).
Well, apparantly my company has no idea about customer service and I was an arrogant rude bastard before idiot hung up
