I know there's someone on here that does the hotel reservations, and while I still sympathize with you, I must say, that when you have a guest requesting to go to their usual hotel and that hotel still has rooms..
why do you book them at the more expensive one she doesn't feel comfortable at? It just makes the guest mad. Thankfully, my guest was pleasant (She's used to us).
She came in with a reservation number that wasn't long enough to be ours, but since sometimes numbers get skipped, I figured it was possible it was a partial number. I searched, no luck.
So I called sister site to ask if they new a direct line to the casino (I hate the voicemails) and no.. they don't. But, she had the fax NUMBER. Bonus!
So I wrote out a fax, had to find our coversheet (ahaha) and faxed over the following letter (Named Changed).
To: Casino Reservation Center
From: Superhotelworker's hotel
Ms. Awesome guest came to us with incorrect information. She came to our property assuming that this was where she'd be staying, as per the usual routine of your casino paying for her. Your actual reservation was set for Sister site, though she asked to stay here. As the active desk clerk, I am assuming you'd like to know why you were billed twice.
Sister site has billed you for her reservation made there and my hotel has billed you for her actually staying on my property.
My manager, Mommy, is off on vacation until December 1st. If there is any problems with your billing or being double billed that we can fix, please feel free to call my Front Desk Manager, bitch, as our property during the week.
If there is a problem with Sister site's billing you, you'll have to reach their manager FunnyMan, during the week there.

Yes, the casino counts as customers. They're paying US to let their high rollers stay here.
Oh and bonus co-irker suck:
J, P & I were.. less than nice to FDM (Sarcastic mostly), about her jumping J. So, now. She's being a wench to all of us. Mostly not speaking to us, BUT after telling J that he left her a 'dirty whisk' for the waffle batter (It is possible to miss bits of the batter on the wisk). She's now done the same to me. I've NEVER left her or P a dirty whisk, so this was uncalled for, but not really too much of a surprise.
I might just beat her with this for fun.
