I have been conscripted to open the cafe today, which means dealing with our entitled mall "walkers" (quotes because they do more sitting than walking). They come in and spend 75 cents and proceed to do whatever they feel like. I have 2 sets of coffee pots out in case the 1st runs out, and I have repeatedly told them in the past not to pick up the empty ones. If it spills, which it has--I've been burned myself--that's a liability. What did I see today? That very thing. Also, they've been told no outside food, but management doesn't enforce it and they brought in a cake for a birthday. It's not a huge deal, but if I allow them, I have to allow everyone else. I told my manager; let her deal with it. I'm surprised they didn't try to steal cappuccino, too, but guess the 2 years of calling them on it stopped it....
