    Another customer who wants to bitch and whine about why she had to pay for service.

    The SC had her computer sent off to get a diagnostic and it came back with a clean bill of health, except for the software issues. And the repair center doesn't deal with those.

    So then she was mad that it wasn't fixed and wanted her money back for the shipping fee and demanded a manager.

    So Opie had to explain to her that - as we explain from the start - shipping is non-refundable to cover our losses from sending it off. It's not free for us to send it off.


    I think she was still pissed though. Cos Opie came in the back after she left to roll his eyes and rant a little.



    Personally I'm betting the tech told her from the start that it was a software issue but since the fee to get it fixed was much higher than the shipping fee, she opted to push for hardware diagnostic over software.

    and she was a bit rude from the start.

    o well, she didn't get the refund since we did nothing wrong.
