I stopped for gas yesterday, swiped my black card, filled my tank, didn't even really pay attention (does anyone).
About an hour after I filled up, I received an email stating that they realized that they had forgotten to give me my black card discount and that they would be refunding my account for the amount of the discount. No calling required, no muss, no fuss, didn't even realize that there was a problem until they admitted to it and fixed it.
Now, that is good service.
