"Maybe you should follow your own advice"
Today was the day for rude customers. But this one in particular I'm taking as a victory. I walked into this mess at the end so I only got the basics of what happened.
Lady comes in looking for "a package". We have all sorts of packages delivered so we need to narrow this down. She was talking on the phone to someone and wouldn't let my coworkers talk long enough to get any information besides her name and the size of the box.
We finally get everything sorted out and as she's walking out she tells the shift lead how RUDE the employees were to her. Shift lead throws the above words in the title back at her and tells her to have a nice evening. Lady responds with something I didn't hear because I was too busy not trying to laugh. But again shift lead says "YOU were rude to the employees." Bitch gives some half-assed reply and leaves. This was only one incident of many today but by far the best one.
