Got a bill that was $$$$$$$ more than I expected, called and was connected to Brad with Xcel Energy. He explained that because my utilities were put in my name by a third party there was a deposit charge on my account and that he could take that off and send a new bill for the reduced amount. $150 off my bill in less than five minutes, and an explanation of why it was there originally that was concise and made sense even to my obtuse self with no education in billing!
