Had a couple (regulars that I had yet to meet) and their two small children come in tonight. The kids were still in highchairs and a little messy (pieces of spaghetti on the floor, etc), but overall not a bad table. Their parents, however, were genuinely apologetic for the mess their kids made, and the father even offered to help me carry dishes to our buspan (which was out in the open). I told them that it wasn't a big deal at all, and that compared to some of the kids we get they were angels (truth, I've had some hellions). The mother seemed really happy at this and thanked me, and when they left I got a $15 tip on a $50 bill.
