The Subway in the Commons at my college has by far the best customer service and the nicest ladies working there. Everytime I go there (which is getting to be quite frequently), they're always smiling and so helpful. It doesn't hurt that they pile on the good stuff like mad. For once, I actually get enough olives on my subs!
It doesn't hurt that they also make suggestions. They're feeding picky college student and they honestly try to expand their horizons a little. Who goes to subway to get a plain tuna on Italian with only provolone? It made me laugh to see the Subway lady trying to convince the girl to at least toast her sub. I got guilted into putting tomatoes on mine...
They seem to enjoy their job too, which of course doesn't hurt. They're seriously one of the reasons I keep going back to Subway. That and they let me joke with them
