Our common areas got cleaned today and they smell so good 
We had a woman (crazy cat lady) who was a nasty, lazy, old coot who did a terrible job of cleaning.
Since our strata has taken over this new lady, who lives in the apartment block does a wonderful job twice a week for the same price that CCL did once a week.
She goes way beyond the extra mile and our hallways, stairwells, elevator and mail area always smell daisy fresh. Even in the middle of winter.
We have a pizza shop downstairs so we have a great smelling building anyway but its so nice to have a clean fresh building to come into. Shes so friendly to.
