I just wanted to mention that Jim at Comcast Security really helped me in the last two days. The townhouse complex I live in canceled their bulk cable TV policy which wound up leaving me without cable internet (which I pay for myself). I was completely confused and was getting shoved over to the Comcast Security department every time I called Comcast's 800 number. Jim was very helpful in pushing my re-connection through despite the Sales and other departments consistently sending me back to the Security department for no apparent reason. He was also very polite and enjoyable throughout the time he spent with me trying to figure out the problem. I'm glad that people like him are around to help people like me.
