On the inside, anyway.
My company gets a lot of calls from an affiliate, and I'm pretty much in charge of making sure they get to the right people. Just a minute ago, I got this one.
ME:
J: Caller
Me: *spiel*
J: Hi, can I talk to Cola, please?
Me: May I say who's calling?
J: Tell her it's a chimp.
Me: Hold on one moment, please.
I go and track down Cola.
Me: A chimp is on the line for you.
And I do this with a completely straight face. XD
Apparently, he'll try to see what he can get passed me without having to give any info. But he's one of the Frequent Callers, so it's okay. And Cola could tell who it was just by the Chimp comment.
I think I'm gonna like it when he calls.
