Pizza Hut
So yesterday my mother and brother came over for a lil Ostara celebration. I decided to surprise them with pizza.
There is a Pizza Hut literally 30 seconds walk from my apartment (living in the city ROCKS).
It was about 3pm, and I decided to call to see when they opened.
P- Cooooool Pizza Manager
S- Silver aka ME!:P
P- Thank you for calling Pizza Hut, we open at 4 today, how can I help you?
S- *laughs* Actually I was just calling to see if you were open, so my question is answered. Thank you, I will call back at 4.
*I start to hang up*
P- Ma'am? Excuse me ma'am?
S- Yes?
P- We can actually go ahead and take your order now, and have it waiting for you at 4 when we open.
S- Oh that would be wonderful.
*Insert pizza ordering goodness here, he was uber nice the entire time*
P- Actually ma'am, we can have that order ready for you at 3:30pm
S- What? I thought you didn't open till 4pm?
P- The ovens are already on, so we can have that ready for you.
*I asked him if he was sure. after all, I really could wait till 4, I understood that they were not open. He was already going out of his way to put the order in early for me, when he really didn't have to. He insisted that it was no problem.*
So I went in, 30 mins before they opened. He happened to be the shift manager as well!
I told him I appreciated his service and his attitude.
