And they were my favourites!
A few months ago I had a customer, who if she hadn't been so sweet would have been awkward.
She had a teeny little face, so most of our frames were too big for her, mut she also needed varifocals (glasses that have three areas of magnification, so you can see into the distance, the middle distance and reading at different angles) which erequire a certain sized frames. She wanted them in pink, or a light brown. We had NOTHING. Nada. Zilch. One pair that she liked and were nice, so I kept them, but then I had an idea. There was a pair from the teens range that would probably fit, and would be able to fit a varifocal- albeit a moer expensive one- but we were out of stock. I explained this to her and she just looked so disappointed that I ordered it in for her.
When it came, I called her, she came in, got her measuurements done and was so happy with me she brought me in a big box of dark chocolates with mint in, and told my director I was fantastic.
