Nice Guys at Laser Quest!
I remember this from aaaages ago, but I've always wanted to say thank-you properly because I didn't get a chance at the time.
My first time to Laser Quest was when I was 10 for someone's bday party. It was AWESOME! We played 2 games. The first one was great, I got a middling score and I was happy. The second game however, my score didn't come up. There had been some kind of glitch in the system which hadn't registered me or something.
I went and told them what had happened and they were profusely apologetic and gave me a voucher for a free game. I was really surprised at that. I remembering just hoping for an apology and maybe a sticker or something if I was lucky.
Unfortunately I never got to use the voucher because this Laser Quest was 40mins drive away and my mum was having none of that, but I was still really happy.
