I feel incredibly fortunate that most of my Encounters are with non-customers, or with the neighbourhood punks. Most of the people here are just fantastic. Curious, happy to stop and talk for a minute, and just good people that put a smile on my face. I honestly believe that the proportion of good customer:mediocre customer:bad customer is a ratio heavily in favour of the good customer. And thank Deity for that.
