  • To the staff at the Bonefish Grill...

During my mentioned-in-another-thread trip to Denver, we stopped at the Bonefish Grill for dinner on Saturday. I don't know if we just had good timing with when we showed up, but everything about the experience was amazing.

Our waiter was awesome. He was super friendly and reminded me of my future brother-in-law (who is also a really awesome guy). He was very helpful in figuring out, because both my mom and I have very specific food allergies (for her, it's milk. For me, it's onions), what we should order. I got the fish-n-chips, which I'm very particular about fish-n-chips. I've had them prepared wonderfully, and I've had them done very wrong. The Bonefish, I can happily say, does them very very right. They were the absolute best fish-n-chips I've had since the Roisin Dubh in Boston.

At various points during the meal, Awesome Waiter came to check on us and make sure everything was still good. At one point, the Awesome Manager came out and was going to everyone's table, asking how their meal and their experience at the restaurant was going so far. I was actually quite impressed by this, because I've never seen that done in any restaurant I've been to. I salute thee, Awesome Waiter and Awesome Manager.

If anyone who reads this happens to be going through Denver anytime soon, I highly recommend the Bonefish Grill. And, if you love shrimp, definitely try the Bang Bang Shrimp. It is deeeeeeeeeelish. As was everything we had there (*got to try some food from both her mom and dad's plates, so can vouch for this*)
