...but my bank rocks. The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has been good and is getting better for me.
Tonight, I phoned in and after checking my balance, I had a couple of questions, pressed a single button and was speaking to a person from the 24/7 customer service line.
As always, I had a great rep, answering all questions, not reading from a script, asking me how I was.
My questions were answered quickly and 'cleanly' - i.e. understandable.
I had this rep laughing and laughing with 1-liners, she admitted she had tears from laughing with my one-liners and that I had given her her first laugh for the day.
I enjoy speaking to my bank, knowing I can contact them 24/7 and get a person within a couple of minutes and having my answers in a couple of minutes more.
Not sure what happened with the Commonwealth Bank, but recently, they have moved to more personalised customer service.
