    So, I know that many people find the"large order paid for separately" a PITA; unfortunately I have to do this for the office; this is an email I just sent to today's lunch place:
    I placed an order online for the office - and when I went to pick it up, I had to pay for each person's meal individually, for a total of 4 orders - and J* was working behind the "take-away" counter; She understood exactly what I needed done, and pulled out the calculator, and even used the 2nd register to make sure that everyone got their correct change.
    She was awesome! She could have told me that company policy won't allow that but instead assured me that it was alright even as I attempted to apologize for the hassle I know it can cause. This is what customer service is truly about!
