This flood crisis in Queensland is continuing - three quarters of Queensland has been hammered, including the capital - Brisbane, and hit very very hard.
Over a million have been affected - so many people's homes have been destroyed, so many people are coming home from the evacuation centres to find their homes destroyed, the posessions ruined - including photos and such.
They faced the awful task of cleaning up and sorting through what could be saved and what had to be trashed.
But, they turn around and a legion of strangers - volunteers come seemingly out of no where and help out - for no reason other than to help out.
Yesterday, I was helping at a neighbour's business and sure enough, the amount of volunteers to came and went was phenomenal.
There are over a million volunteers it seems... like someone said on the news, what was our darkest days, became our finest.
