Great T-Mobile rep

Just had to call T-Mobile to have an email changed on an account. Problem is that I not a T-Mobile customer. Looks like a woman with a very similar name had a one letter type in the gmail account, and I just received her order confirmation. O.O

Went through the automated system and finally got ahold of a live rep - Edgar. I explained that the email gave me access to not just her account/phone number, but to her shipping/billing info. I also explained that her first name is one letter from mine on gmail. He was rather perturbed, to say the least. . I don't think that they get many calls for this and I was placed on hold while he verified that they could remove the email on my say-so, since I am not the account holder.

Throughout the call, he let me know what he was doing - as much as he could. Even though I had so much of her info on the computer in front of me, he still did all he could on his end to safeguard her information. Any and all of the account info was only given by me, and he didn't even ever really confirm anything other than saying the the email I gave had been removed.

All in all, awesomely professional and vigilant with personal information.
