Dear Remote Lady,
It sucked that the last rep you had before me was impatient and curt. Despite that, I'm glad you were still willing to work with me and be patient when I helped you program your new remote to your TV. What was the icing to the cake was you giving me my first happy sup call to compliment me on helping you out and being a good rep. I can't tell you how good it felt for me to get a sup call like that. People like you are what gives us customer service employees pride and joy in helping others.
