Yesterday I went to the doctor's office and in route lost my insurance card. So, frantic I called customer service and was able to get a temporary insurance card sent by fax to the office.
Well, do to a mix up or miscommunication the temp card was lost yesterday so the receptionist at the doctor's office that was so awesome yesterday called and asked if I could get another one sent.
Not only did I get my temporary insurance card sent again but I was able to get another physical card mailed to me.
The CSR's were nothing but pleasant and extremely helpful.
