So, I'm TRYING to order two broadband cards for the uni president and her admin asst.
It's not going so well.
I first tried online. Feature temporarily unavailable. So I called up. Obviously overseas.
Any time he asked if he could put me online and I said alright, he would say "well, thank you for that." That and, his random "yes"'s and the same like 30 second ad looped for the hold music had me about ready to pull my hair out.
Plus, I guess since I was using a headset, he wasn't hearing background noise, so he was constantly adding, "are you there?"
