I truly hate so called inhouse it support calls in for problems. What kinda training do these guys get??? They can't identify ide cables, the wonderful multi coloured power cables, and I checked they are not colour blind! They can't identify basic shapes, I mean wow, I know not everyone has had all the training that some of us have, but shapes and colours....come on, every primary student should know that much and these are guys a tad younger than me. Stupid people are making me cynical as all heck.
